I purchased all of the expansions, im trying to get from Ascalon to Kamadan. I have no idea how to do this! Can someone help please

You can't go to Kamadan directly from Ascalon unless you have been there already - in that case, it is simply map traveling (click on the ship). If you started a fresh character in Prophecies, you need to advance a bit in the storyline until you get to Lion's Arch. There you can get quests to travel to other campaigns. See also Wiki.

Just like Lady Aranza said, you can't instantly map travel to all places just by having the game. You would have had to travel to the outpost before you can map travel. So to get from Ascalon to Kamadan do the following....

1)Go to Lion's Arch

2)Talk to Lionguard Figo (found by the docks)

3)Complete the Sunspears in Kryta quest

Then all you have to do for future travels back there, is just bring up your map (default is 'M' key), zoom out, click on the ship, and select the port town for the campaign you wish to visit.

Or pay a runner to run you from Ascalon to LA. And yes, you need to take quests to get to the other two campaigns.
